About us

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in research and practice. My personal experiences in therapy inspired me to embark on a journey as a mental health therapist. I specialize in assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, grief, and interpersonal relationship issues. My focus is on clients eager for positive change and striving to become their best selves. I work collaboratively with individuals seeking self-understanding, emotional processing, and healing from trauma. Employing a holistic approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, employing diverse techniques to help clients reach their fullest potential.Bachelor’s of Science major in sociology, minor in psychology from Wilkes University in 2013. Completed Masters of Social Work at Marywood University School of Social Work in 2015. Worked with the HIV-positive population from 2017 to 2023. Currently employed by the Domestic Violence Service Center, working with survivors of domestic violence. I have extensive experience working with trauma, adult survivors of child abuse, LGBTQ+, geriatrics, and young adults
